Our course follows a one-device-at-a-time policy, meaning only one device can be logged in at any given time per user. If you log in on another device, you will be automatically logged out from the previous device to ensure compliance with this policy. This measure helps maintain security and control over access to course materials and resources.
Are lectures downloadable?
Yes, lectures are indeed downloadable! However, to access this feature, you'll need to utilize our app. Once you have downloaded the lecture on our app you can access it offline as well. Please note you can access them only through our app. Enjoy learning on the go!
Can I request a refund or adjustment if I forget to apply a discount code?
Note : We reserve the right to modify or revoke discounts at our discretion to align with our business objectives and promotional strategies. These decisions are made with careful consideration of market conditions and our commitment to delivering value to our customers.
Once a transaction has been completed, we are unable to retroactively apply/adjust discount codes or change/add any subset of any course. All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. As a result, we do not offer refunds or price adjustments in cases where a different discount code is used after a purchase has been finalized.
