Refund rules:

Returns *

If any of our courses has the provision of downloading the pdfs (any% of pdfs), a refund is not applicable in such cases.

As per our policy if you want to return product that are not downloadable and want a refund, you have to inform us within 24 Hours of purchase, after 24 Hours we will not be able to provide a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

After your written request we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund.

We will also notify you for the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as per payment gateway policy.

NOTE : We reserve the right to modify or revoke discounts at our discretion to align with our business objectives and promotional strategies. These decisions are made with careful consideration of market conditions and our commitment to delivering value to our customers.

Once a transaction has been completed, we are unable to retroactively apply/adjust discount codes or change/add any subset of any course. All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. As a result, we do not offer refunds or price adjustments in cases where a different discount code is used after a purchase has been finalized.

*Also, note that products, where pdfs are downloadable (any %), will not be refunded.
